这个可以百分百保证没有毒，是里面存在一些命令执行相关的payload，有的杀毒软件报毒，类似于metasploit的插件会被报毒一样。

渗透工具扫描提示带毒也正常吧，pocsuite3这样3.4k赞的开源项目也能扫出好几个报毒
