Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
End users cannot search the Ocean Navigator’s data to find which variables a dataset might contain, or for spatial temporal coverage. Users have to manually search through the dataset selector dropdown items to find the data their looking for which is time intensive and inhibits data discovery.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a “Dataset Search” feature that allows users to filter the Navigator’s dataset offerings by variables, timestamps, spatial coverage, etc. This may involve adding new API endpoints to query this information from the back end.
