代码中设置ignoreBy（500）没有起任何作用，使用代码参见截图示意1，
压缩后的图片大小参见截图示意2

我的也是设置了不起作用，只好在filter里添加条件

大家可以用这个库 implementation 'io.github.lucksiege:compress:v3.10.8' （https://github.com/LuckSiege/PictureSelector）也是基于Luban，修改了一些Bug，做得比较好
