[doc-corrections] On Layout tutorial, minor corrections needed

I found a few little mistakes in the layout tutorial. This is to remind me (or anybody who has free hands) to re-read all and make the appropriate changes.

TODO There remains to see part-2, i saw KenD made a few corrections in last hours to is so my printed document is outdated. So i need to re-print, re-read, close this issue when done.
