Server returned HTTP response code: 409 #27

I tried both methods :

Downloading the .zip and Building the project.
Cloning the project.
Non of them work , it shows the result as "Server returned HTTP response code: 409 for URL: https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-5.4.1-all.zip" when trying the 1st method.

How can i solved this problem , please help me out . Thank you in advance :-)
