Multy-Purpose SMJobBlessHelper

There are several things (such as #3 and installing Xquartz ) which require administrator privileges to be implemented.

For Xquartz we have implemented the SMJobBlessHelper; though it could be of good-use as a multi-purpose privileged tool that will execute a variety of requests; eg.:

• Install Xquartz
• Toggle Force X11 to load hidden #3
• something else...

This is not an absolute requirement though.

SMJobBlessHelper has been removed as of 43e08ef because we do not want to use Homebrew anymore.

#17 Proved we need to bring back the SMJobBlessHelper and it will have multiple uses.

A Framework that would do the job transparently would be great but it will probably mean that we need to change our algorithm for Xquartz icon in dock if we want to make things the right way.
(Also, it means I have to create it.)

Revising the uses for SMJobBlessHelper:

• Install ConkyX (for some users that are not admins, ManageConky requires password to install stuff in /Applications)
• Toggle Xquartz icon Force X11 to load hidden #3
• ...
