Audio Information

All the time I hear sound effects and I am curious what they are, I feel it would be rather cool if there was some sort of audio information thing you could pull up with a command or could replace with the breif explanation of the subtitles. All I wish for it to list is the hour:minute:second it was played and the diamondfire name and a little button that lets you play the sound again mabye even a star so you could save the sound for later, overwise mabye after 200 more sounds are played it is deleted. I think it would be ecspecially cool if you could click on it while your in dev and get the item that matches the content.
