I guess that will have to get the Somali & Ukrainian translation for the title though, because the one from google translate might not cut it :)

plus if it possible, translate 'Polska Akcja Humanitarna' text on logo

A bit more info on that: we have two logo versions in pah, one translated in Polish and the second one in English. This text is embedded in the SVG itself making it difficult do change, but we can just delete the text underneath the logo and add our own with html elements instead which will allow us to translate it as well.
