As per November Monthly Meeting decision the PLT Leader will get the same UGL loadout as the Squad Leader: https://www.carpenoctem.co/forums/m/26081621/viewthread/33624236-give-ugl-hes-to-plt-lead

Currently PLT Sgt is the same as PLT leader, how would this impact the Sgt role?
