Description:

Long-read sequencing on Pacbio Revio is being implemented at CG and the method needs a LIMS workflow. See project issue #527

What is needed:

  • Outline the workflow requirements - WIP document describing the new workflow requirements here
    • KSV shadow run start with SM and MGG
  • New workflow in stage
  • Testing of workflow in stage
  • Arnold considerations
  • Validation report
  • Implementation plan
  • Update method with necessary LIMS instructions
  • Create workflow in production
  • Follow up samples in production
