Changing start of microSALT analyses depending on priority

As a production member,
I want microSALT analyses to be started by specific criteria,
So that high-priority analyses are analysed as soon as data is available and low-priority are only analysed once all samples in the case have data, to streamline the delivery of larger research projects and keep the urgency of delivery for the high-priority analyses.

Work impact

Answer the following questions:

• Is there currently a workaround for this issue? If so, what is it?

• How much time would be saved by implementing this feature on a weekly basis?
  • Hard to estimate, it would remove the iterative delivery of low-priority microSALT analyses, which may be a lengthy task.
• How many users are affected by this issue?
  • All prod members
• Are customers affected by this issue?
  • At least two to three customer accounts

Acceptance Criteria

• For Priority.priority analyses, the analysis should start if any sample has data on the case, or if any sample has gotten new data(this is not a change from previous logic)
• For Priority.research analyses, the analysis should only start if all samples on the case have enough reads.
