Adding an instructions option to display the rules of game when clicked on it.

Sometimes people get confused as to how they need to proceed with the game and I feel that adding an option for the rules and instructions to play the game is very necessary in such cases.

Point down the features

It will be added on the top of the page besides the full screen button with a logo and whenever clicked over it people can see the set of instructions.
