Rust Server instantly closing after starting

Any Rust server I've setup with Carbon, using both the production and minimal versions, have crashed as soon as the server would have otherwise opened.

It goes through the entire start up process without any apparent cause to crash, but as soon as it's ready, it closes with no warning. This occurs on completely fresh files from Steam launched with admin permissions. The server works before Carbon is added, it stops working after Carbon is added.

1. Is there any typical causes for this to be occuring?

Hey there, I just launched a brand new server using the public QuickStart and things went okay.

Can you please provide the command-line you've used?

Command lines are in the logs provided. I was tweaking the command line each time in an attempt to identify the cause
