Painting/Unlockable preview tweaks clip off screen

If the extended height of a tooltip caused by either the painting preview or unlockable preview tweaks were to extend the tooltip off the bottom of the screen, the tooltip will clip and not be fully visible. The normal behavior for tooltips would be to shift position upwards to prevent going off screen. This is especially problematic for users who use fixed tooltip positions near the bottom of the screen. Using >100% UI scaling is not the cause of the issue, though it seems that UI scale is also not accounted for at all.
