Errors when installing: Unknown user permission: AllowUniversalSearch #2

When deploying the raw source code (entire repo) the following error appears:

Deployment Complete Failures: deploy/profiles/Admin.profile(Admin):Unknown user permission: AllowUniversalSearch

The workaround is to clone the repo and remove the Permission Sets for now. If the permission isn't required can we remove it from the repo?
