Add template folder

When working on a project I usually create a sub-folder "12_Templates_XX" in the analysis folder. "12_Templates_XX" typically contains the report and flow chart templates. I don't know others use templates, if yes it would maybe be interesting to have the sub-folder "12_templates" automatically created (and update the master file with the new path). Additionally, it would be just great if this sub-folder could already contain the official report template (as stored in ORCA)
