A screen is flickering when a prompt to confirm a log out action is being displayed.

Once we have a fix for this issue, we should verify if a mouse pointer and the menu don't flicker as well -- it does sometimes happen now. In case it turns out these are separate bugs, we should create separate GitHub issues for them and fix them independently.
