After changing the host IP, the inability to obtain the IP address requires repeated resetting, multiple modifications to the IP, and occasionally successful modifications. Is it my operational issue or a firmware issue?

Probably Firmware. Can you list a order of specific steps with which I can reproduce the problem locally?

After changing the IP address of the host to 2.0.0.1, there is a high chance that it will not be possible to obtain the IP address properly and needs to be reset multiple times. Occasionally, the host IP can be successfully modified, but the success rate of modifying the host IP is too low... Is it related to the system? My operating system is Windows 11

I used the browser IE to enter 10.0.0.1 to modify the host IP. I changed the IP to 2.0.0.1, but the success rate was very low, which resulted in the inability to obtain the IP address properly. I needed to reset the support to enter 10.0.0.1 again. I made multiple changes and occasionally succeeded
