Testing CD8-SMA pipeline on new set of images

Below are the observations from running the pipeline on a test set of images

1. image quality - variability observed in SMA staining

2. Metadata module needs modification

3. Primary object identification (minor modifications may be needed)
   

4. Secondary and tertiary object identification (seem to be working fine)
   

5. Threshold, Mask objects, Image outlines - seem to be working fine for CD8, but SMA staining pattern is a bit strange
