Form field borders appear very thin on Windows machines

@semanticbodger discovered that the form field borders on Windows system with 4k monitors show up with very thin borders - thinner than the borders shown on Macs.

Since many of our users use Windows machines and they are older and have declining vision this might be usability issue that should be addressed. Thinking about a low vision user who can't see the form field outline.

To Do: Think about the design of the form fields and if we can do anything to solve this issue.

Some ideas could be:

Increase the border width of form fields
Adding a 1.5 border px to form fields
Making the form field border color darker.
