Not very interesting, as it is a multiple of 640x400...

Interesting, in fact, as it makes 640x400, 320x200 & al. modes available in 60Hz instead of 70Hz.
Perhaps having an "halved" 1280x800@60 could be an acceptable compromise?
83.46 MHz => rounded: 83.5 * 3 = 250.5 MHz for sysclk, OK for vcocalc.
