The training data is self-contained with all the emissions, met, MOVES efs, etc. for a small one month case. It's based on the 2018v2 modeling platform. Scripts that are run during the training:

nonpoint: rwc, nonroad, np_solvents
point: airports, ptnonipm, pt_oilgas, ptegu
beis4
onroad: rph, rpp, merge
sector merge
