The histogram shows the distribution of links for a particular individual and consists of nodes that represent the distribution of patients and allows you to visualize genetic distance. The histogram is versatile and you can select the nodes to be included in it. After displaying the nodes, to display the histogram follow these steps:
- Click the button next to the Settings button. The system displays the MicrobeTrace menu.
- Click the Histogram option. The system displays the histogram in a new window.
- To view data, hover your mouse above an area. MicrobeTrace displays the coordinating data. You can toggle between Compare and Closest date. The histogram view is based on the genetic distances within the range.
