Workaround for I2S channel problem since Arduino v2.0.4

Fixed in esp-idf v4.4.5: https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/releases/tag/v4.4.5
Available in https://github.com/platformio/platform-espressif32/releases/tag/v5.4.0
But not in platform-espressif32 v6.x yet.
