So after some help from someone else turns out using the Crit Cola condition for Heavy specifically gives him the Buffalo Steak buff (probably), which was overriding the move speed changes and messed with some other stuff too. Replacing the effect with the Buff Banner condition instead works fine for Heavy. |

Apologies for the potentially ignorant question. I have been messing with the weapon attributes and they work fine before the plugin is loaded. After putting these attributes into the ff2 weapons.cfg and having a boss round start (just some GRU changes) heavy has a higher base speed than normal but also ignores any movement speed changes from having the weapon equipped. I can't find anything within the configs or even within the plugins that seems to be changing this.
