FF2R-Sandy-Abilities

My personal works and ports for FF2R. Back in July, I gave up using FFBat and replaced it with FF2R. But I realized most people are still using the old plugins(abilities). Because of this, I started porting the basic abilities(such as rage_model and rage_tfcondition) first, and after my server stabilized to some extent, I decided to release it.
