creating EM from cyrest command using edb and rank file creates EM with the wrong ranks

Build an EM using cyrest with edb directory and rank file creates an EM where the ranks are messed up. In the supplied session file I have created the EM in the above way and then manually loaded the same rank file through the heatmap.

Select set "TCR" --> the top gene should be "REL"
