Sections are likely to be inside a sub-collection of academic charges. Is to decide if this is gonna be flattened or keeped as a sub-collection.

What need to be done to complete this Task?

Make a decision for sub-collection or not.
Generate the section-like object to send into firestore.
Send all the requests to generate new sections.
Create Service to handle basic CRUD interactions
