As we move to Firebase, it would be nice to have a way to test locally without require internet.

What needs to be done?

Add Emulators to the project
Update config file to run emulator services
Change the firebase configuration to use Emulators when needed
Write instructions inside readme for running emulators

If more tasks are needed, be free to add it
