So the 10th version of AT will be a from the ground rebuild to fix the under lying structural and catalog issues that have plagued the Repo since day one. Please add any thing you'd like to change or add to the next version here so we can get a complete picture of all the changes coming.

Planned Featured
-Refactored Code
-Left and Right Arm Selections
-Strategems cleaned up and displayed in export
-Streamline Maniple list in the style of Quartermaster

  • traits in weapon stat blocks needing to be manually specced seems a bit weird, but is minor
  • being able to choose princeps traits would be good
  • lots of rules seem to find their way from the weapon up to the titan (e.g. add an apoc ML and the titan gets the Barrage rule tag)

I think some of these are covered with what mean with Refactored code and Stream Maniples but specifically some of the issues I encountered are these (not sure if they can be fixed this way, but it makes more sense to my developer brain):

  • Maniples probably need to be part of a Force entry instead of the Battlegroup directly, this is the only way to fix Legio specific entries (wargear and princep traits) appearing across maniples on multiple maniple lists #216 and the bug where you can add 2 Princeps Seniores to 1 maniple if you add 2 maniples to your Battlegroup. I think it's the only way we can properly scope the selection count of the Princeps (i.e. per Maniple in Force) and directly makes it so you'll always only have 1 Legio selection per Maniple, This also might fix the confusion about how to add a Lance to a Household list because it would be more similar to how you add a Maniple to a Battlegroup. This would mean you need to add a Maniple Force per maniple you want to bring though.
  • The GST file contains an 'empty' force selection entry, preferably the Battlegroup and Household entry would be in the GST file, this resolves the issue where you get a bunch of additional 'empty' force selection options when creation your roster (not sure how feasible this is to do though).
  • The GST file is loaded with a bunch of stuff that is specific to Battlegroups (like all maniples),
