BHoM_Adapter: workflow diagrams

Produce diagrams that represent workflow of the adapters.

This will be composed of 2 distinct sets of diagrams:

1. Diagrams of the current workflow for most generic case (not focusing on any specific case).
   Useful in having a comprehensive view of what's going on currently as well as being the basis for discussions on refactoring/rewriting.
2. Diagrams representing the new proposed workflows.
   Useful as a base for refactoring/rewriting, as well as documentation and for the Wiki.

@alelom Sorry about the accidental close and reopen last week. Poor mouse clicking coordination on the planning board. I would like to see if I can contribute to this or at least understand better the BHoM_Adapter. However, I cannot access the diagrams as they are within the BH sharepoint domain that I don't have access to. I wonder if these diagrams belong in a branch in the documentation repo? If you are unable to share them publicly no problem. Cheers Roly

Hi @rolyhudson, thanks for your message! I'm just back from holiday. I'll now add the diagrams as pdf attachment here on github. I'll go through the refactoring of the adapter in the next few weeks, let me know if you have any question, happy to skype too. Cheers
