Expected behaviour
When citation information is added via the FN (footnotes) button in Pressbooks, I expect to see the following in mPDF format (this matches current Prince behaviour as shown in the above screenshot):
A superscript number marks the spot where the footnote refers to.
Footnotes are numbered in the order they appear in a chapter. Footnote numbers reset in each chapter.
The footnote itself appears at the bottom of the page where it appears. The footnote text has a number that matches with the superscript number.

The footnotes appear but without numbers, and the numbers in text do not anchor to footnotes.
