Add Order Number and Short Bank Statement Options to Transaction Settings

Description

Update the WooCommerce Payments Settings "Transactions" section to include the new flow that enables the user to add an order number and a short bank statement to the bank statement automatically.

Related to #4329 and #3643 (Closed)

Acceptance criteria

1. The "Customer Bank Statement" section reflects the updated design:

• Includes fields for "Bank statement name," "Add order number," and "Short statement name."
  

2. The "Customer Support" section reflects the updated design:

• Includes fields for "Support email address" and "Support phone number."
  

3. Design follows the layout and styling as shown in the attached design screenshot.

Out of scope (for now)

All changes should be made in the Transaction sections for now. We shouldn't rename this section to the Customer settings yet. This is a future proposal awaiting the feedback on this P2.
