It seems be a bug of language, Portuguese x English. When I click update button (to add Lat and Long for one collection) the system changes the value and give me an error message. You can try it in http://ala.sibbr.rnp.br/collectory/collection/list (Lat: -15.7801, Long: -47.9292 - Brazilian Capital).
