Error building from source with gcc-13 and g++-13

Building arweave from source with gcc-13 and g++-13 results in errors. At least one of these issues appears to be from the er-lang-rocksdb dependency which lacks these changes here. Applying these changes locally fixed some issues but created new ones. Workaround is to use gcc-12 and g++-12.

Can you share the commands you used to downgrade gcc and g++?
