After : #863 was merged:

Check and have same tests for BTree:

  • SoilSkipListTest >> testFreePageAdd
  • SoilSkipListTest >> testFreePageAddNested
  • SoilSkipListTest >> testFreePageReuse
  • SoilSkipListTest >> testFreePageReuseAtEndAppend

Need to change SoilSkipList >> allocatePage following Skiplist, use nextFreePageIndex instead of nextFreePage
