[ANT-839] Changing order of columns in the Results view

Problem Statement

In order to facilitate the analysis of simulation results, we would like to modify the order of the columns displayed in the view of the results of a study. Today the first columns concern the cost of the system (“OV.COST” variable).

We would like to have first the columns systematically analyzed by users, namely those relating to the variables LOLD, LOLP, UNSP.ENRG and SPIL.ENRG. It is only a matter of moving these columns before the others, without any other modification.

This request applies to the “General values” and “Record years” views and for all temporal granularities (hourly, daily, weekly, annual).
