This should include options to change

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Password

It should show what projects they are enrolled in and provide any listed contact information for that project
It might also show projects that they were disenrolled from?

Have a logout button

This supersedes #47

To Do:

  • Create Dash
  • Make everything that is participant-facing tt'd
  • Get translations for French and German
