Describe the bug
When there are many thousands of logs, the logs page does not load. Also, the Control Center participants page is very slow.

Need to refactor the following pages to handle large amounts of data:

  • Control Center logs
  • Control Center Participants
  • Project Level Logs
  • Project Level Participants
  • Control Center Staff
  • Project Level Staff

Expected behavior
Logs will be shown in a reasonable time.
