Ive noticed that sulfite oxidation (S-S-04) and sulfate reduction (S-S-05) have the same metabolic weights in every sample, it looks the same for the published paper as well. I tried to search the genes used for sulfite oxidation in the input material but didn't see much. Are these using the same set of genes?
