This pull request includes the following changes:
Removed the deprecated "version" property from the docker compose files and applied proper indentation.
Updated the dependencies for Storybook to version 8.1.11.
Removed the @testing-library/react-hooks dependency.
Refactored the code to upgrade testing library, react types, and use React's "act" instead of the deprecated act from the testing library.
