[Bug]: Crafting recipes show more resources than necessary

What happened?

Multiple different recipes shows it need more resources. But it will accept the normal recipe.

I'm having same bug with the recent update

Same issue here. Iron ingots seem to always show 12 per grid tile, diamond, lapis and redstone 3, quartz 9, bottle o' enchanting 16, vibranium and unobtainium 4 except for the Meatallurgic Mycelial Generator. I didn't go through every recipe, so there could be more ingredients affected.
