Description

I've noticed that the ShowAllObjectHoverTip setting doesn't seem to apply as indicated: I get hover tips on objects that are not clickable, which is not desired. Screenshots included.

Reproduction steps

• Make sure ShowAllObjectHoverTip is set to false
• Create a cube with no script in it
• Hover mouse cursor over the newly created cube
