Check if the AirSim simulator works with one of the new versions of PX4 (from v1.13)

This is not a priority right now, the priority is to find a way to implement our algorithm in PX4, and we can later work on AirSim. However, three seems to be evidence that AirSim should be compatible with version 1.11 and maybe 1.13.
