Quardo booklet format

A new zine format that uses 1/4th a letter page, and is bound with staples, allowing many pages. More of a small book than a pamphlet. The core componet of this feature would just be a new html template. Without auto pdf, the easiest method would be to have duplicate templates for 1-4, 5-8, ad nausium. These could be manually duped out to 6 or 7 templates, as anything more than 4 or 5 sheets is difficult to bind. With auto pdf, quardo.html would have an asociated working directory. make_quadro.py would copy four pages, pdfify a page, then move four more.
