Add team 2 death count or specify the party should be team 1 #29

They show the average deaths of team 1 but not for team 2, if team 1 is supposed to be the party it never tells you and in.

Probably add team 2 deaths somewhere to allow more interesting Monster vs. Monster battles as well.
