Unable to make 0 ratings

I make use of this library and found that I can't make 0 rating after setting 1 or half of rating.
And one more thing is there any way to set default rating as 1 later user won't able to make 0.5 rating.
Can anyone please help me out?

Is there any way we can set default rating as 1 and later we want to restrict users, that user can't make rating less than 1.

We don't currently have this feature - but seems like it would be a relatively straightforward addition to enforce a minimum during selection mode. Thanks for the suggestion!
