Add an argument that allows "arguments" to to be passed to the program for via passwordlist files

You can pass a passwordlist already...

This issue is about embedding all of the arguments within the passwordlist itself. (As can be done with tokenlists)

When I use seedeecover I can’t seem to use both a tokenlist and a passwordlist. E.g., I’m trying to recover a BIP39 seed phrase with a passphrase when I don’t have a complete mnemonic or the exact passphrase/password.
