The tool tries to find the string array and wrappers, but if it fails to do so you can specify them explicitly. Look into the following section of the readme file (you can also find examples on how to select the string array and wrappers in the 'Examples' directory):

Otherwise, the code for the stringarray needs to be placed in separate files and given as input

If that fails as well, you can add the obfuscated script here, and I'll take it into consideration next time I'll have time to work on this.
